To find the right partners to make their big dubm plans a reality, Lee and Teddy flew off to the world’s largest trade show - the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, China.
Canton Fair was a WILD ride. Five days of meetings, negotiations, new connections, and scouring the enormous venue (this is the largest trade fair in the world) hoovering up new ideas and possibilities. Four nights of working on designs until the early morning. Workaholics, or passionate artists? They’re probably both.
But of course, they still found time to be dorks. Business class, red carpets, toy stores, fish markets, Powerpuff Girls. I can’t believe they didn’t bring us home one of those toy automatic dartguns for the office. Guess we’ll just keep throwing thongs at each other.
