A - To measure the circumference of your head, take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your head, just above the ears.
B - To measure your neck, take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around your neck, just below the Adam’s apple.
C - To measure your chest, take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring the tape is sitting under the armpits.
D - To measure your bicep, take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the muscle. Take a relaxed measurement with your arm down by your side and a flexed measurement by flexing your bicep.
E - To measure your waist, take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the narrowest part of your mid-section, usually just above the belly button.
F - To measure your hips, take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around your hips, usually just below the belly button.
G - To measure your thighs, take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your thigh, usually mid-way between your knee and crotch.
